Strategic Priorities
In 2016-2017, the SOAHAC Board of Directors was engaged in an in-depth strategic planning process spanning half of the year. This included reviewing bylaws; reviewing SOAHAC’s
history and current operations; revisiting the organizational purpose and vision; exploring
assets, opportunities and vulnerabilities; and identifying strategic directions. The priorities
identified through this process include Board development; sectoral collaboration; expanded
scope of services; an expanded suite of traditional services; and communications.
