In Newbury, we are located at Four Counties Health Services at 1824 Concession Dr.

We are located in Cambridge at 745 Coronation Blvd, Unit #102. We’re located just past Cambridge Memorial Hospital on the other side of the road.

In Windsor, we are located in the plaza at 1405 Tecumseh Rd, just beside Bull's Eye Pizza. Learn more about our expanded and outreach services.

Find us in Owen Sound on 9th Ave East (Highway 6)! Some services are also provided in the nearby communities of Saugeen and Chippewas of Nawash.

In the City of London, we are located on William Street, just off of Dundas St. Stay tuned for information about our future move onto Dundas.
