Your Primary Health Management and Prevention Team
We provide health care throughout all life stages. Our staff work with you to ensure you’re part of the decision making in your health and wellness plan. If you choose, your health provider will refer you to traditional healing, so that you also have access to traditional Indigenous medicines and practices.
The primary care services staff is a group of health care providers who work together to give you the best possible integrated services for your health needs. The team includes:
- Family Physicians (Doctors)
- Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
- Registered Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses (RPNs and RNs)
- Other health professionals who provide specific services such as Chiropody (foot care), Physiotherapy, Nutrition, and Harm Reduction

How to Access this Service
Unless there is an urgent matter, you’ll need to fill out an information form and have an intake appointment. You’ll meet with a nurse so we can learn a little more about you and your health needs. Then, you’re booked for a physical examination which may include blood work and/or routine preventative care and screening.
