When you call SOAHAC, your call will be automatically directed to the next available SOAHAC medical administrative assistant, no matter which site they work at. You can stay on the line, or request a call back. We’ll move through calls in the order they come in. This change will allow us to handle a higher volume of calls, and respond to your calls more quickly.
